Reiki - the giving of unconditional love

I have been sending long-distance Reiki to my Grandma every night for about 2 weeks now. Each time I ask for her to accept, she will smile at me. That sweet, caring smile =). It is the same when it is time to say goodbye. I am feeling so much love! And recently, I have been enveloping her with the pink ray of light from my heart. I hope she feels my love, too =)

Lakers 99 Magic 86

It happened again. After 7 years. The Lakers are the champions. Woohooooooooo!

The Lakers, to me, are not just any other team. I started watching NBA BECAUSE of the Lakers. And the NBA was one of the ways I stayed sane at Tech. Still have fond memories of the 2002 season, during the Lakers-Kings Western conference finals. Then, Tyler and I were at each others' throats. Oh, those (good?) old times (at Tech!).

It has been 7 years. Really? 7 years have passed? Wow...
